How ordering works
In our shop, you’ll find two types of products: – Made-to-order pieces – these are the designs in our catalog, which we hand-craft after you place your order. Crafting time is typically 3–6 weeks , depending on how many orders we currently have. – Ready-to-ship pieces – if we happen to have a finished piece in stock, it will be marked “In Stock,” and we’ll ship it within a few days.
Payment
We currently accept bank transfer only .
After placing your order, we’ll email you our payment details.
Shipping
– Within Hungary: Foxpost parcel locker or Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post)
– International: Magyar Posta international mail or FedEx.
You’ll see the exact shipping cost in your cart before checking out. Please note: for shipments outside the EU (including to the United States), any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in our prices.
